You do not need to placed EA on each pair. Existing setting will work on all. It will be only require if you want different strategies for each pair

Does Telegram FX Copier have to be placed on each individual pair window? I don't always know what forex pair the signal groups I am a part of will be trading. Hopefully I dont have to put it on every pair.
